Hi, All--

I'm pleased to share "Rainmaker" with you. This is my latest watercolor painting, inspired by our native Green Treefrog. I've been experimenting with using a limited color palette--allowing myself only three or four color pigments in a painting--and I am enjoying the harmonious results.

These tiny frogs make an incredible cacophony when it rains here in coastal North Carolina. I have noted that these tree frogs start their loud croaking before the rain begins. They seem to predict the rain...or do they call it?

"Rainmaker" is an 8x10 original watercolor mounted in an Ampersand floating frame for a glass-free, glare-free presentation. The painting is finished with seven layers of UV-protective archival varnish to prevent fading and damage. Always hang your original art away from direct sunlight.

"Rainmaker" can grace your wall for $349.00. Please contact me if you are interested in purchasing this or any other painting. Thank you, as always, for your support. It means the world to me.
